This memoir is a collection of ingrained moments that tried and did mold me. I would like to emphasis that this book is not written to shame or point the finger or bring forth negativity to anyone. I have forgiven everyone and hold no grudge or ill will or resentment of past insult or injury. This book is solely written to bring forth the importance and knowledge of showing love especially to children. You do not know what trauma a child must endure. Always say kind words and show expression of kindness to children as they do grow up. I give all the John & Jane Doe's the upmost respect that was used to make me who I am. The people that crossed my path in life did not know the depths of what his or her action caused or knew the severity of what happened to me. I genuinely love and have forgiven everyone! These personal memories related to specific moments and experiences are written from my perspective spanning nearly sixty-three years of my life starting as a little afro American child living in south Florida. I lived through incredible abuse of friends, family, and acquaintances. This debasing abuse carried over into my adulthood. I survived; I overcame it! I thank God for giving me the endurance as drafting this book was exasperating to articulate in my mind and to give an account of to put into words. It was written on and off over a period of twelve years as a direct result from attending a church tent service where the speaker told me to write this book. Putting my life experiences on paper was indeed unbearable but I overcame it!
