Jogger's Trail

Fallen angels, also known as Relliks, kidnap Tesha after murdering her friends when they were out for a hike in the Canadian wilderness. They convince Tesha she's 'the chosen one' and enlist her help to break a curse they've been under for centuries.

Legend tells of a trail in the backwoods known as Jogger's Trail, named for the simple fact that anyone foolish enough to use it as a shortcut will be forced to run for their lives.

They say the minute you set foot on it, you can't turn back-forced to flee as the sound of thundering wings and rushing wind pursues you.

Meanwhile, the rest of your hiking party is picked off one by one, disappearing with nothing but the ring of their screams echoing through the woods.

Those fortunate enough to survive their trip down Jogger's Trail will tell you it wasn't worth the cost. Not only left to bear the memory of their companion's cries for help, but a physical reminder from the creatures that took them.
