"I completely and totally remember what it's like graduating from college and having absolutely no clue what to do with my life." --Charlie Drozdyk Sound familiar? Then turn off the tube, get off the... This description may be from another edition of this product.
This book beats them all - it's hysterical, practical and doesn't make any of it seem like it is supposed to be easy. I will admit that, as a 28 year old with a liberal arts degree in a ... job, this book was aimed directly at me. I especially like his perspective that nobody deserves anything and its a massive competition. His writing style is very entertaining and the information is down-to-earth and brutally honest. Now for the hard part - putting in into practice...!
A Job Book That's Also Fun to Read

I bought this book in part because I loved the title, and I have to admit that it has come up in conversation many times. Most job books give you a list of "power verbs," but Drozdyk includes sample sentences, some of which border on hilarious ("Developed TV Show Fantasy Island for the stage" "Gathered data about the mating habits of kangaroos"). Somehow, I'm more prone to listen to Drozdyk when he says "write a thank you note after an interviews" than to someone who sounds like my mother. My main complaint would be that the cartoons are a little bit hokey, but they aren't a major part of the book.
Best Employment Book Ever!

This is by far the very best employment book I have ever read. I'm 30 and have bounced from one crummy job to another. This book will teach you what college didn't - how to get a job according to the rules of the workplace. Like it or not. Plus, he's just so darn funny. Happy reading!

I didn't want to review this book until I proved it works. I only got lousy jobs before I read it. Within two months of reading it I was offered two excellent jobs that dont suck ! I had no problem with my job hunt but I had a tough decision to make !
A must have for job seekers

Jobs That Don't Suck is everything that his first book--Hot Jobs--was and more - I highly recommend it to anyone who is daunted by the idea of a job search. Buy it and read it and get a job that doesn't suck!
