These notes are not meant to substitute textbooks or practical learning - they are meant as a supplement and easy reference. I like using these notes during lectures, ward rounds, or as I work on question banks; they allow me to look something up quickly, highlight facts or concepts that I need to remember better, or jot down additional notes. Note that: These notes contain many abbreviations as you would find in a typical doctor's clerking notes or ward round documentation. Not all topics have all subheadings, but most of them do!
