Jimmy is a young boy who daydreams in the classroom of amazing adventures. He dreams of himself
as a world-class surfer and most of all as a safari guide, leading an expedition to find the elusive
Tyrannosaurus Rex.

When he learns that his neighbor is a physicist who may have invented a time machine drives Jimmy's
imagination wild. When the professor leaves town for a conference, Jimmy is left to take care of his pet dog while he is away. Jimmy and his two friends, Lily-Ann and Paul cannot resist the chance to explore time and finally go on that great adventure in search of the famous T-Rex.
