I am glad that someone finally decided to write this book. Being a Jewish Rocker myself, I love to read about the people who inspire me. There aren't many Jewish women who've achieved stunning success in the rock world, but to finally find a compilation which outlines all of their successes and highlights their religious fervor is truly inspiring. Thank you Mr. Oseary, the world needs more people like you.

long overdue as a subject. this book does it justice big time. an excellent piece of reference literature. staid types on the east coast as well as orthodox sticklers might not get it or appreciate it as much as west coast people--all i can say is that i'm from nebraska and i loved it. truly memorable data and stuff which should make everyone of jewish background and foreground proud.

Everything you've ever wanted to know about the history of Jewish Rockers -- ok -- not everything but a whole heck of a lot! You'll be surprised at how many of rock's most important musicians, songwriters and even dj's are Jewish.
