The image clearly shows it comes with CDs. I purchased this version specifically. No CDs, the book doesn't even have a jacket.

The reason I bought this was for the CDs. The CDs are very prominently in the picture as well. If the item is missing parts, it should be listed as such so I know before I buy it.
