Jesus in Action at His Feasts: How John's Entire Gospel Builds on Jewish Festal Scriptures

By Frank Willard Morgan

Jesus in Action at His Feasts is a comparative Bible Study of the Gospel of John and a platform of Hebrew Bible passages self-identified through a refrain in John's narrative. This refrain includes the word 'feast' and marks six turning points that subdivide the Apostle John's masterpiece into seven sections. Each section contains an 'attesting sign' and other significant acts by Jesus-all connected to the Bible platform. The Bible platform consists of well-known annual readings for each Feast mentioned in John's Gospel. These festal readings studied alongside the episodes of John's gospel reveal dozens of interconnections that allow our book to 'write itself' as a series of interesting Bible studies subtitled: How John's Entire Gospel Builds on Jewish Festal Scriptures.
