superb!, Jesus according to the new testament context!!

this is a very informative and accurate intro to understanding Jesus in His own cultural context and in His own day. As such, it really helps to understand the biblical meaning of Jesus. This work is concise, yet packed with all kinds of info surrounding Jesus studies. Well done, and accurate, don't miss this one!

excellent introduction to the aims of Jesus

Written by a student of N.T. Wright, this is a perfect introduction for those who are not yet ready for Wright's _The Challenge of Jesus_ and weightier books.
