Detective K and Veteran Detective O are back. This time to deal with disappearances of targeted missing women, gangsters and other peoples of what look to be, targets of revenge. Little do the detectives know, what both are going to find, in their infamous City of Briggs, as acts of immense revenge, gangsterism, and even persons darkly inspired by the most recent and infamous crime committed in the City of Briggs, by the dubbed "Kali Killer", go rampant.

In the same city, a strange man named Jeremias, is running his exorcist order, the Men of Abraham, and little does he know, how he is going to be caught in the crossfire.

Throughout the incoming madness, Det. K, Det. O and an agent from another nation, are looking for a mysterious scientist who defies the laws of nature and could be the possible suspect responsible in the host of disappearances. Little do they know, what they are truly to find out.
