Very Entertaining Read for the young and the inquistive adult
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 17 years ago
I found this book interesting knowing it was written by an 11 years old boy. The story plot is a simple adventure between different cultures: Dubai, Beirut and Fort McMurray in Alberta. Mysticism and supernatural powers will be attractive for the younger generation. However, the fascinating side of the story will be attractive for the inquisitive adult. Luay, at such a young age, has shown the ability to understand himself and the people around him. He used the story as a way to explain life around him and the feeling a young child passes through when he is living in an age of change. He described well his relationships with friends... how he understands the parental role in his life (his father is a hidden support while his mother is his security...) all of this in an adventure that is appealing to the children and eye opener for the adults. I recommend this book to all children and the adults who like to venture into the mind of the young.
