During the first week of freedom, a grisly murder occurs in the apartment next to his where he is the prime suspect. If arrested and convicted of this crime he did not commit, would mark him under California's three strikes law and eligible for a life sentence. So in his mind, he does the next best thing in keeping his freedom, he runs. He runs as far away from his present location as he can get. While on the run, his picture is splashed across the television screen from coast to coast. He manages to find refuge in Kansas farm only to find out they are sexual sadists. With his face plastered on the television, he is pinned on the farm. Can he continue keep his cool and hide out on the farm or will he turn himself in and take his chances with the California legal system.
