Jade Rabbit, Light the Moon

By Vinh Van Lam

A gentle moonlit story of kindness, lanterns, and love across distance.

High above the silver clouds, Jade Rabbit watches over the world below. Under the full Mid-Autumn moon, families gather to share lanterns, tea, mooncakes and stories passed from one generation to the next.

Inspired by the beloved Chinese legend of the Jade Rabbit, Jade Rabbit, Light the Moon is a beautifully illustrated bilingual English and Traditional Chinese picture-song book celebrating kindness, family, cultural heritage and the light that connects us across generations.

Created for children and families to enjoy together, the story combines lyrical storytelling with richly detailed illustrations and a companion audio and music experience from ArtSHINE.

Read the story. Listen to the music. Follow the lanterns home.
