Jack stood six foot, three inches tall or one hundred and ninety-one centimetres approximately. He had a strong build but, in an average, looking way. He had retained his dark hair, going silver in places but considering his age group dynamic felt lucky to have done so. Yes, being in your fifties was about having wisdom, accepting that you are not in your twenties anymore, full of strength with no pain.
However, sometimes the heart rules over the head, especially in Jack's mind when it comes to acceptance of being older and not quite what he used to be.
Jack was standing face to face against a "military spec", square jawed, huge build of a man, most likely half of Jack's age. You know the type; all American, testosterone fuelled fitness jock who was eager to "bring it on" to Jack.
