Jack 'Rabbit' Warren: SAT's, Success and Secrets Revealed
SATs are only the beginning of Jack "Rabbit" Warren's biggest term yet.
Year Six is coming to an end, but Jack Warren is nowhere near ready for a quiet finish.
With SATs looming, Jack and his classmates face the familiar mix of nerves, pressure and classroom chaos. Luckily, Jack has his quick wit, his best friend Robbie and a talent for finding humour in almost every situation. Once the tests are finally over, however, there is still plenty waiting for them.
A school fayre must be organised to help fund the Year Six residential trip. A football tournament gives Jack the chance to put his skills to the test. And then comes the long-awaited journey to Wales, where climbing, orienteering, outdoor challenges, teamwork and unexpected discoveries turn an ordinary school trip into something none of them will forget.
But Jack is curious by nature, and he becomes convinced that there is more to his teacher, Mr Sanders, than anyone realises. As questions turn into clues and secrets begin to emerge, Jack finds himself trying to uncover the truth while also learning when some secrets are worth protecting.
Through victories, mishaps, jokes, challenges and changing friendships, Jack begins to realise that his final weeks at Richmond Park Primary School are about much more than SATs or football. They are about growing up, appreciating the people who have helped him along the way and preparing to leave behind a place that has shaped so much of his life.
Warm, funny and full of recognisable school moments, Jack 'Rabbit' Warren: SAT's, Success and Secrets Revealed is a lively story of friendship, teamwork, curiosity and the unforgettable final term of primary school.
For Jack and his friends, one chapter of life is ending.
But a new dawn is only just beginning.
