In a small sleepy northern California town people go about their normal lives without a care. They have no idea of the danger that lurks in their little community. While some in the CIA believe that using children as spies will set a precedence in every form of our National Security, some do not. Most argue that no one would ever suspect that a child would be capable of withstanding all forms of interrogation or infiltrating foreign operations.
