Helpful Book

Good book to get perspective and help with following your own path of empowerment. Good one if you have not read any other of its type.

A book for everyone to reflect on

I have read many self-help books but this one is really the best....it explains in very simple terms how the stories of our past can corrupt our present or lead to continuous recreation of themselves like cancer cells! It gives plenty of questions for reflection for which each of us has to find our own answers. It does not hide the pain of challenging and confronting our past stories. A pity I did not read it earlier in life. It would have really helped me to grow and to avoid some of the disastrous personal decisions I have made. Recommended to all but you may need a therapist to bring you that bit further.
