My daughter LOVES this book

This book by Nancy Rue (coauthor also of Steve Arterburn's Healing Stones and Healing Waters) is an absolutely tween-friendly workbook for helping tweens, adolescents understand changes they're going through. My daughter loves it and has enjoyed going through the workbook exercises in it.
