Excellent Self Help Manual - A positive approach to help manage grief and loss

This book was eye-opening. After experiencing several losses over a brief period of time, a friend recommended I read "It's Grief" to help me adjust to the many life changes I was experiencing. Shortly after losing a loved one, I found myself having to sort through belongings and facing hoarding behaviors. This book helped me to understand how closely hoarding, loss and trauma are linked. The self discovery exercises and advice given in this book helped me to cope with greater patience and understanding for myself and for my family. I would recommend this book to anyone who is in the process of understanding and managing their grief.
