How do you entertain and teach three-year olds?

It can be so hard to find learning activities that actually work for 3-yr. olds, but this book is PACKED with them. It is divided into sections: art, blocks, books, circle time, dramatic play, fine motor, fingerplays/songs/poems, games, general tips, gross motor, holidays and special days, language, literacy, manipulatives, math, morning greeting, music/movement, outdoor play, rest/nap time, sand & water, science and nature, snack and cooking, social development, and transitions. There are all kinds of tried-and-true ideas from teachers everywhere! This is the definitive guide for planning any kind of group activity for kids ages 3-5!

The only book you need!!

This book covers it ALL! Packed full of creative, open-ended and very developmentally appropriate activities for pre-school ages up to around 6 even! I love that the book covers ALL learning modes and challenges all learning styles. I chose this book for my 2 year old son but have found hundreds (yes, there are probably thousands!) of activities that would engage my first grade students. Buy this book for 2 & 3 year olds...but take good care of it because it will last through many year of imaginative play. Very well organized and with so many extension activities & ideas, the options are endless! A MUST HAVE!!
