A memoir of my personal and professional life, it's all about the tragic effect that multiple suicides have on a family, and the inner redemptive powers that enable us to go on in the face of adversity. It's about my family of clients, too, and their stories. I have had several careers. First a pharmacist, I then went in to the remaindered book business for 25 years, followed by real estate development, finally finding my true passion as a financial advisor. All during this time, I had to deal with an overly intrusive mother-in-law--until she committed suicide, followed by my wife the next year, and lastly my youngest son. The life lessons learned from all of my years of experience and those of my clients has taught me much about the world and people. We must not be afraid to face life's challenges head on. Always look forward to a better day.
