This is a fantastic Italian cookbook

I don't follow recipes very often. With that said, I have followed many from this book, to a T with excellent results! I bought this about two years before visiting Italy and now that I've been there and have eaten local cuisine, I appreciate this book even more. You can't go wrong here! Also, I recieved by book in excellent condition. I can't say enough good things and would give it more stars if I could.
