It's Normal. It's a term that can describe something that is usual, expected, typical, or confirmed to a pre-existing standard.
It can refer to anything from emotional behavior to physical characteristics. However, what is considered normal (okay) can vary depending on the culture or the country you are in. For example, what is considered normal behavior in one culture may be considered abnormal (Not okay) in another.
I am writing this book as my personal experience with an emphasis on how it influenced me and my family.
The book covers a wide range of topics, including grief, stress, boredom, burnout, and chronic pain, offering a comprehensive look at mental and emotional health.
The author's focus on the mind-body-spirit connection is particularly noteworthy. He emphasizes the importance of addressing mental, physical, and spiritual health in tandem, which aligns with modern holistic health practices.
I would like to clarify that this book is primarily dictated by me and edited for me, addressing my feelings, understanding, and overcoming the feeling of NOT BEING OKAY.
