About the Author

Paul Vakerics II was born and raised in Ohio. After his time in the navy, he earned his BS from Ohio University and an MS from Purdue University. He then worked for over thirty years as a teacher.

Vakerics met his wife in high school, and they have been married for over fifty-five years. Their sons are now grown and married and have made Vakerics and his wife proud grandparents and great-grandparents. Now in retirement, he spends his time writing and working on his woodworking and model trains.
