It Does Not Augur Well: Can we afford to remain deaf and defiant?

This must stop.
Suffice to say that humans on planet Earth need to curtail their tendency towards violence. They know it but their need to impose their will on others is far stronger. Otherwise how do you explain incidents like a) Teacher punishing the child with such intensity that the child dies b) The man belts the woman who is already tied to him as wife c) The arms race d) The strong arm of the law using their authority to murder an arrested culprit and such incidents? The reason: they enjoy it. The brutality and savagery seen in the human race is not seen in any other animal race in the Cosmos.
Instead of raising their consciousness they do everything guaranteed to lower it. Yet they talk of God, forgiveness and kindliness, of compassion and Grace. The level of bestiality equals only their level of insincerity and the platform of lies that they have built their society upon.
This has to change.
