Terrance Hilderman III becomes the target of an assassination attempt when he discovers a multi-million dollar school construction project is being built on a chemical dump site. Darrin and the B team of hit men are sent to Terrance's home in a small town on an island in the Detroit River to make sure Terrance never tells anyone else about his discovery. Darrin is not pleased with the assignment, but there is no going against orders from the Family. He takes his team to the target's house and discovers that, despite being assured this would be an easy job with no one but the target at home, the target is hosting a party for his group of historical re-enactor friends who are practicing using archaic weapons. As Darrin encounters a series of problematic setbacks, he keeps thinking his day cannot get any worse. . . . but it does.
