Just so-so

I have followed Jillian Turecki for years on social media and I have taken some of her workshops which I found very useful in my self-love and inner child work over the years. However, I found this book to be a bit dull and egotistical in some ways, especially how she discusses her specific examples of helping individuals. I wouldn't recommend this book; I think her social media pages have the exact same content for free and I don't feel like I gained any new insight from this book
