When I look back on my life with all its twists and turns, it's a wonder I made it. I have search under every rock possible looking for a life that was filled with joy and sunshine all the time, but I never found it. What I did find was, that while living in such an imperfect world, I will encounter many struggles and while it won't be easy to endure, it is a must that I not surrender to failure and be determined to get back up again. It Ain't Easy But It's Necessary has become an anthem to my every day living. The slogan has pushed me to achieve when I would have looked at myself and my abilities and given up. However, throughout it all, there was a Force behind me that brought hope in my hopeless situations, a gentle Hand on my back guiding me through a maze of dead ends and destructions. That glimmer of hope was evidence even in my childhood when it seem that everything else was against me.
