Isolation: A Timeless Account

This book is a description of my experience isolating for 14 months. It is like a blog, or diary, describing the experience as I watched the world change. It includes the music I wrote during that time, that was my "saving grace" with my own sanity, and well-being. Read and see how I looked out at the world, and observed the protest marches, some coming down my street. I saw from a distance much change that provided me the substance for this book. In following what was happening in Washington, so much felt destructive to the health of our entire country. We seemed to go from a democracy to a country in chaos. I noticed the development of a family of wonderful people in a group with my mentor, John Burgos. The book describes this close-knit group, and how they all helped me to stay grounded. We all connected with each other and Gaia in a loving way that, perhaps was helping the planet to heal. Writing this book felt timeless, showing me that I must live in the moment, for that is all any of us have. Finally, I described the exhilaration of leaving this apartment where I had isolated and experiencing the world again. From isolation to a new world, it was staggering!
