In Joseph Estevez's debut novel, Isaac Abrams returns home to Golders Green in London after studying at yeshiva in Israel only to find that his best friends have become irreligious. He takes it upon himself to bring them back to Judaism, but his inner contempt for them only drives them away. A story about friendship and judging others, Isaac must decide whether he will adopt a more tolerant attitude towards his friends' differences in lifestyle.

Joseph Estevez is the author of three poetry collections, one short story collection and a novella titled The Calling. He released his debut novel Isaac Abrams in November 2023. His writing has appeared in numerous literary magazines, the most recent of which was a poem titled 'The Clouds', which was published in Dream Catcher in July 2023. A second novel, Simon Jacobs, was published in November 2024.
