I think this is a book for all woman who have been through some kind of abuse in their life and the only way to hell is to talk about it. Their is a lot of woman who don't even tell one soul what they went through so others don't know how to accept you when you lash out or you hide from the world.This book is very helpful and I will read it time and time again. I recommend this book to everyone man and women.
