The hostility towards Muslim countries further intensified after the Cold War and then 9/11: in a shockingly short period, the world saw the destruction of Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, and Yemen under the pretense of the new unseen enemy. This War on Terror was then tactfully converted into an all-out war on Islam, waged on many fronts, including ideological, economic, and political. It is a timeless war with no end in sight. This book aims to characterize the nature of this war, using a timeline of historical events.
