Investing lessons for Doctors and anyone else with a regular paycheck, consist of articles previously written for physicians in Connect the Dots newsletter at Kaiser Permanente. Much of these lessons are common sense, like live below your means, make automatic withdrawals from your paycheck to invest in your 401K, have an emergency fund of six months of living expenses, and be your own financial advisor. After about ten of the articles were written, one of the editors asked if I would put together the articles is in a book to make available in one place and that was the goal: to make them all available in one resource.
