The thesis is devoted to the study of investment agreement with the Republic of Belarus and the agreement between investor and "professional customer" and solution of main problematic issues of their legal regulation.The object of the research is legal relations arising in connection with the implementation of investment projects in the Republic of Belarus on the basis of concluded investment agreements with the participation of a foreign investor.The subject matter of the study includes domestic legislation, including international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, governing civil law contracts, conflict of laws issues of transactions, investment activities; practice of conclusion and execution of investment agreements; judicial and international arbitration practice; legal doctrine on the subject matter.
