Incredibly well written and quite relevant today given the rise of Christian Nationalism.

I have not even finished this book but I already consider it one that I will keep and re-read often! Green makes logical arguments and backs his statements with a plethora of source material. The time he must have spent resarching and writing is astounding. This book explains, in great depth, the history and causes behind the belief that America was founded on Christian principles. I highly recommend it.
