Excellent detailed book on all phases of digital circuit design

This is a very old book, but even though the software that holds your hand and does so much of today's digital design for you changes version on a regular basis, a Karnaugh map never does. I used this book in a graduate class over twenty years ago, and it still is the most complete on the theory of digital design that I know of, even though it's been out of print for years. Of course there's nothing about FPGA's or VHDL. But...
