Introduction to spirituality

The purpose of teaching this course is to give a general idea of the theoreticalfoundations and philosophical concept of the development of national spirituality inthe conditions of independence of Uzbekistan. To give the concept of spiritualheritage, national and universal in spirituality, to trace the process of formation ofnational spirituality from ancient times to the present, to identify its relationship witheconomics and politics. To highlight the basic concepts of the course, such as: patriotism, humanism, loyalty to the nation, morality, piety, justice, compassion andloyalty. And also to give an idea of national self-consciousness, interethnic harmony, a harmoniously developed personality, factors and means of its upbringing. The objectives of the course include: to give students an idea of nationalspiritual values, the role and importance of spirituality in human life and society, developed by the First President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov;strengthening the spirit of their active participation in the process of reforming thenational and spiritual revival of the country during the years of independence.
