Solar energy is one of the most important sources among various types of renewable energies.Algeria is the land of the sun par excellence, compared to other countries in the world. The number of sunshine hours in Algeria is about 3300 hours / year. The climate is very favorable to the exploitation of solar energy in different regions, but the distribution of solar radiation is not well known. Unfortunately, for many developing countries, measurements of solar irradiation are not readily available. Therefore, it is important to develop models for estimating solar irradiance based on available astronomical and meteorological data.
