An extremely well written academic textbook

An extremely readable book, intended for undergraduates but appealing even to the layman: it doesn't need any previous knowledge of psychology to be read. Broad coverage of the field. I enjoyed this textbook.

the best choice for a psychology student

As a psychology student and as english is my second language, this book is well written and has provided me with the best examples in social psychology in addition to the best understanding of the issues invlolved. The editors of the book have provided the best way to understand social psychology, without needing to have previous knowledge around it. I strongly recommend it as an essential book for a psychology degree.
