This is an excellent resource for those wishing to learn more about Reform Judaism. This book, however does not represent other forms of Judaism.

A great intro...

This book was the "textbook" and general reference in my Introduction to Judaism class. It is a fast and easy read. It's a book that I go back to again and again when I have questions.

Intro to Judaism: A Source Book

This book is full of pearls of wisdom, as well as information that clears up lots of misunderstandings. My husband and I took the Intro class as well with Rabbi Einstein, and of the various texts we studied, this one was a great information source not only for the class, but after whenever questions arise around the various traditions/holidays. A true primer for those who want to tune-up their knowledge from childhood, as well as a great introduction to those of use who are new to Judaism. I love it!
