Super first book

This is an excellent first book for Culinary Arts. Very informative. The only thing I don't like is that it is full of "See Recipe Card #?" but it comes with no recipe cards. I have not been able to find the cards to go with the book. Other than that it's a great book. It is full of information for anyone just getting started in the arts.
