Not worth the money

It looks like water damage as the pages are almost stuck together. This was not worth the money, it should have been donated or thrown away. In addition; the book was dirty and not even cleaned down.

Super first book

This is an excellent first book for Culinary Arts. Very informative. The only thing I don't like is that it is full of "See Recipe Card #?" but it comes with no recipe cards. I have not been able to find the cards to go with the book. Other than that it's a great book. It is full of information for anyone just getting started in the arts.
