a great refrence for work study

I loved the book because it's easy to read, covers lots of IE tools like process flow chart, string diagram, flow diagram, ...etc and my favorite part was "the human factor in the application of work study" where it shows how to work with the managment, supervisors and the workers -- also the examples used were very useful.
