When they are of age, all Saavedran children must make a journey across the dangerous desert continent they call home to pray to their god for a blessing. Winona is no exception to this rule. When the Saavedran goddess, Ma'on'Al calls upon her to make this trip, Winona sets out alone with trepidation in her heart. It isn't long before she finds herself at the center of a situation much bigger than herself that could change the face of Cubonia forever. Teaming up with a talking toucan and a living ragdoll, Winona must set out across the desert to complete her pilgrimage before dark forces take hold of her tribe and unleash themselves upon the entire planet.
