Care in Shipping? Not so much

This item was rated as very good, yet the front and back covers were bent (2 bends on front cover and 1 in the back.) when I pulled the item from the package. This means that the book was shoved in the shipping package without regard, bending both front and back covers. I would rate the book condition as FAIR.
