Intimate Partner Violence and Justice in Jalisco: Challenges, Prevention and Human Rights analyzes intimate partner violence as an expression of inequality, discrimination and violation of human rights. It examines the forms of violence that mainly affect women, as well as the social, cultural and institutional factors that favor its persistence in Jalisco.From a gender and human rights approach, it studies its causes, consequences and mechanisms of prevention, attention and sanction.
