These business models set the stage of gaining and applying foreign knowledge and ideas cheaply and utilizing market opportunities for innovator companies with the open model. The development of open innovation requires the development of cooperation networks. So, an international trade partner issue is raised to reach open innovation. Organizations relationship is among important issues that have drawn the attention of researcher in the recent years and they have tried to elaborate strategies pertaining to this issue and management of these relations and show its effects on learning and performance of companies.
