The first gives an overview of the topic and the next three critically evaluate or complement many of the issues raised by the lead chapter. The four beginning chapters in each section are followed by a discussion paper that highlights important points raised during the discussion sessions that followed presentation of the plenary and discussant papers at the Congress.
