This interdisciplinary text presents the major forms of conflict resolution used in international disputes in a wide-ranging variety of topics. The text covers more traditional processes, including diplomatic and private party negotiations; conciliation; fact-finding; mediation; arbitration of commercial, trade, and investment disputes; and adjudication in the many international tribunals.
