This book deals with the internal communication of handball clubs in Austria. The Handball Liga Austria is an association of ten handball clubs in the highest men's handball league in Austria. By means of a theoretical and empirical analysis through qualitative interviews, it is investigated which goals the ten handball clubs pursue with internal communication between the club or club management and the members, which communication tools they use for this purpose and whether an evaluation takes place.This book shows that internal communication is of great importance to the sports clubs, that the clubs are well aware of its significance and importance, and that they want to strengthen this area of club work in the medium term.
